BIOGRAPHY
Freddy Lora brings 45 years of experience in the game, beginning his soccer journey as a youth player in Queens, New York. His playing career included travel soccer, high school competition, collegiate experience, and semi-professional soccer before he transitioned into coaching in Middletown, New Jersey. With approximately 30 years of coaching experience, Freddy has worked with players across a wide range of age groups. His approach focuses on developing technically confident players who understand spacing, combination play, tactical movement, and organized defensive pressing.
